PERUVIAN CUISINE

Peruvian cuisine stems mainly from the combination of Spanish and Indigenous cuisines with traditional native Peruvian ingredients, and with later influences from the cuisines of China, Italy, West Africa and Japan, due to the arrival of immigrants from those locations.

Slices of baked potato topped with a delicious Peruvian Ahi (Peruvian Pepper) cheese sauce.

CEVICHE TROPICAL
Citrus marinated white fish mixed with cilantro, celery, onions, mango and olive oil.

TALLARIN SALTADO DE POLLO (Carne, pescado, o camaron)
Choices of beef, chicken, fish or shrimp sautéed with onions, tomatoes and spaghetti.

VAINITAS SALTADAS
Lean beef (substitute with chicken, fish or shrimp) sautéed with French cut green onions, beans and tomatoes.

PESCADO SUDADO (Peruvian Steamed Fish fillet)
Topped with onions tomatoes, garlic and white wine.

CHAUFAS
Fried rice mixed with green onions, eggs, soy sauce and Peruvian spices with your option of meats or vegetarian.

AJI DE GALLINA
Shredded chicken with a creamy yellow ahi (Peruvian pepper) sauce, served with steamed potato cubes and black olive.
